Yes. XHLUX provides both OEM and ODM services for commercial lighting customers. OEM services can include branding, product color, specifications, packaging, and configuration, while ODM projects can include product development, structural design, optical design, tooling, sampling, testing, and mass production.

MOQ depends on the product model and customization requirements. Samples and small trial orders are available for many standard products, while customized colors, packaging, private labels, or new tooling may require different minimum quantities.

Yes. XHLUX supports sample orders before mass production so customers can evaluate product quality, lighting performance, beam angle, finish, and installation. Standard samples are normally prepared in about one week, depending on the model, specifications, and stock availability.

Typical production lead time for mass orders is around 3–4 weeks. Sample orders normally take about one week. Actual lead time depends on the product, order quantity, customization requirements, material availability, and production schedule.

We usually accept T/T bank transfer. For sample orders or small orders, PayPal may also be available.

Other payment methods can be discussed depending on the order value and customer location.

For bulk orders, our standard payment term is usually deposit before production and balance before shipment. The exact terms will be confirmed in the proforma invoice.

We offer a 3–5 year warranty depending on the product model and project requirements.

The warranty period starts from the delivery date. During the warranty period, if a product has a confirmed manufacturing defect, we will provide reasonable support such as replacement parts, replacement products, or technical assistance.

The warranty does not cover:

• Incorrect installation
• Wrong voltage connection
• Power surge or unstable electricity supply
• Physical damage
• Water damage beyond the product IP rating
• Unauthorized modification
• Normal wear and tear

To submit a warranty claim, please contact us with the order number, product photos or videos, installation information, and a description of the issue. Our team will review and respond as soon as possible.

Yes, some accessories can be supplied separately depending on the product model.
