MOQ depends on the product model and customization requirements.

For standard products, small trial orders and sample orders are welcome.

We understand that checking product quality, lighting performance, beam angle, finish, and installation structure is important before placing a bulk order.

For standard products, samples are usually ready within 3–7 working days, depending on stock and specifications.

Lead time depends on the order quantity, product model, and customization requirements.

Typical lead times are:

  1. Sample orders: 3–7 working days
  2. Small and medium orders: 10–20 working days
  3. Large or customized orders: 15–30 working days

Lead time may be longer during peak seasons or major Chinese public holidays, such as Chinese New Year and National Day holidays. We will confirm the production schedule before order confirmation.

We usually accept T/T bank transfer. For sample orders or small orders, PayPal may also be available.

Other payment methods can be discussed depending on the order value and customer location.

For bulk orders, our standard payment term is usually deposit before production and balance before shipment. The exact terms will be confirmed in the proforma invoice.

We offer a 3–5 year warranty depending on the product model and project requirements.

The warranty period starts from the delivery date. During the warranty period, if a product has a confirmed manufacturing defect, we will provide reasonable support such as replacement parts, replacement products, or technical assistance.

The warranty does not cover:

  • Wrong voltage connection
  • Power surge or unstable electricity supply
  • Physical damage
  • Water damage beyond the product IP rating
